Lord Alan Sugar is ready to invest £250,000 in a new business venture, but first he needs to find the right partner among 18 aspiring entrepreneurs.
With the help of his loyal aides Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell, he will put them to the test in various tasks that will showcase their skills and abilities.

The synopsis on the Radio Times reads: “The hunt is on for Lord Sugar’s next business partner and this year’s candidates kick-off proceedings in the breathtaking Scottish Highlands.
“Under the watchful eye of aides Karren Brady and Tim Campbell, they are split into teams and tasked with hosting a corporate away day.
“Before long, there’s chaos in the kitchen and tardy tours. Back in the boardroom, one candidate is soon sent packing.”
