A driver from Wolverhampton who was killed in a horror crash has been named as Laxman Swali.
His vehicle Peugeot 107 collided with a car transporter on Cannock Road, Shareshill, off Junction 11 of the M6 on Monday, December 2 at around 12.05pm
The 28-year-old, died at the scene despite best efforts from paramedics.
The driver of the car transporter was uninjured.
Specialist officers are supporting Mr Swali’s family at this time.
Officers from the Staffordshire and West Midlands Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue to appeal for witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to come forward.
Anyone with information which could help the investigation is asked to call 101, quoting incident 237 of December 2.
