Dee Kundi is a Commercial Litigation Partner at VWV based in Birmingham. Dee heads up the Debt Recovery department and is established as one of the market leaders in litigation and debt recovery.
She is recognised both as a strong deliverer and a key innovator in the field. She advises universities, financial institutions and companies ranging from major companies to SMEs nationwide on all aspects of managing their debt portfolio providing Litigation, Debt Collection, Recovery Services to a broad client base.
In May 2014, Dee was the Vice President of the ABCC, part of the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce (being only the third female in 27 years) and still maintains an influential position as a member. Dee was elected as a council member of the Birmingham Law Society in April 2015. Due to Dee’s active role, she was appointed onto the board in April 2016 and is also a Marketing Director, being the first Asian woman ever appointed to the board in 200 years. Dee also is a Non-Exec Director of TAG Network Midlands, a multi-sector networking community that supports Graduates, Young Professionals, and Leaders within the Midlands region.
