Powered by TAG Network Midlands’ BRIGHT THINKING PROJECT: Impacting Employability Within The Region is a Leadership Development Programme in association with Suited For Success, an awarding winning charity that helps “unemployed men and women with interview skills and a suitable interview outfit will give them the confidence they need to make that positive first impression and get a job that could change their life”.
This project is the first in a series that will give young professionals and graduate participants the opportunity to learn core business skills along with social entrepreneurship, innovation, and the responsibilities involved with working directly with clients as well as the wider business community.
Over an 8 week duration, the programme’s participants will be working with the charity Suited For Success to create a project whilst providing participants with collaborative learning objectives, project development & leadership skills and commercial awareness.
The outcome of this project will establish all participants will gain:
* an understanding of Suited For Success to help unemployed people within the Birmingham region,
* leadership development skills,
* business insights & commercial knowledge,
* create a project that will support the Suited For Success,
* professional connections with other talented multi-sector professionals enrolled within the Programme.
