Police are wanting to speak to this man in connection with a high-value international property fraud.
The image is being circulated in hope that someone will recognise him following the deception.
Police said they believe he is from the West Midlands.
The victim had sold a property abroad and was asked to transfer the money which turned out to be a false account.
She was contacted by the potential buyer who provided bank account details for her to make the transfer.
An attempt was made to withdraw the funds from a bank but were unsuccessful.
Officers would like to speak to the man in the image to help with their enquiries.
They are asking for the man or anyone who has any suspicions about who he may be to contact them.
Enquiries conducted so far also suggest that the man in the image may be from the West Midlands area so the public are encouraged to circulate the image far and wide.
Leicester and West Midlands Police are sharing the image on social media.
