In a career spanning across three decades, he has won hearts as an actor, singer and producer. He has grown into one of the greatest superstars of Bollywood.
He first made his acting debut in Biwi Ho Toh Aisi on August 22, 1988, but a dubbing artist gave him his voice.
His first leading role in Bollywood industry was a romantic family film Maine Pyar Kiya. This film gave us the iconic character of Prem and his popular dialogue of “Dosti ka ek usool hai, no sorry no thanks.” His charming personality and matured act in the film garnered him the Filmfare Best Debut Award.
Soon after the hit movie Salman had many releases, co starring with huge names Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan.
