Dangerous Toxins enter our bloodstream much much quicker through our skin, if this info doesn’t make sense to you, just think of how many “patches” are on the market… Headache patches, heat patches for aching muscles, smokers patches… the list just goes on and on… If you’re still not convinced, then cut a clove of garlic in half and rub it on the souls of your feet… within just a few minutes you taste the garlic in your mouth!

The first skincare/cosmetic nasty I want to share with you this month is “parabens”
Paraben is the leftover sludge left over from refined petrol, yes PETROL!!! As if we had no idea we’ve been smearing the rubbishy part of petrol not only over ourselves but our children too! So when you get a chance, just turn over your bottle of lotion and check for anything beginning with “para”
My advice, throw it out!!!
