There will be three new retail outlets opening up soon at LinkStreet, which connects Grand Central and the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham.
Property management company Hammersons has signed up Jeweller Summer & Silver to take a init in Link Street until the end of the year. Semmer & Silver are currently based in the jewellery quarter. Also London based unisex fashion house ‘Total ‘Black’ has leased a unit from November until the end of the year. Joining them in the tenancy of Link Street is ENESS cosmetics which will open up at for the month of December. ENESS cosmetics sells natural and vegan cosmetics and toiletries.
LinkStreet is inspired by some of London’s most popular and innovative retail spaces including Carnaby Street. LinkStreet received significant investment in 2015 to makre a hub for contemporary, independent and local retailer to trade from. It currently boasts tenants such as Pretty Green, Irregular Choice and Ben Sherman.
