The 8th October saw the Midlands business and community charity awards took place in Copthorne Hotel, Brierley Hill. The awards was designed to recognise and reward selfless individuals in society as well as bring together businesses and communities to assist a variety of charities.
Celebrating the unsung heroes, awards included Volunteer of the Year, Carer of the Year and Community Fundraise of the Year. It was a great turn out, with businesses, charities, community leaders, volunteers and high profile Midlanders turning out in support of the event.
Some of the charities benefitting from the event include The Buddy Bag Foundation, Breast Cancer Now, Compton Hospice, The Olive Circle Foundation and Whizz Kids.
