A driver escaped severe injury after his car overturned and crashed into an office on Pershore Road in Birmingham.
The car was involved in the two-vehicle pile-up on Pershore Road, close to the junction with First Avenue, at around 7.25am on Tuesday.
The silver car rolled over and crashed into the glass front of the property.
It also destroyed a section of a wall at the front of a neighbouring house.
Bournbrook firefighters helped the motorist to be free from the vehicle, however their injuries were not described as serious.
No-one was wounded in the affected properties.
Pershore Road was gridlocked for a time while the scene was cleared.
Traffic stayed slow after the vehicles were recovered.
