Catalyst is a free accredited training programme for upcoming leaders of faith living or working in The Black Country. Catalyst aims to inspire and equip young adults to take a lead and galvanise change in our communities.

- People who live, work, worship or volunteer in a Black Country Near Neighbours Area
Catalyst Training is a four day course which aims to build the confidence of and make real, the potential of young adults so that they can change their communities for the better. The training covers Leadership Skills, faith and identity, Conflict Resolution and Media and Communication.

Catalyst has been specifically designed to widen the skills base of young adults. Career progression requires academic qualifications but also wider competences including leadership, judgement and communication.
