The Leading Security Company Has Unveiled New Plans for Growth and Investment
JM Security Systems, one of the Midlands’ leading security companies, has unveiled ambitious plans for growth and investment as it celebrates its seventh year in business.
Since its launch in 2007, the Birmingham-based company – last year’s winner of the Outstanding Customer Service of the Year award at the IAB awards – has gained an enviable reputation for its comprehensive range of security solutions for business and private homeowners.
Now, as it forecasts 30% organic growth in business in 2014/15, it is pledging to match that ambition by investing significant sums in its IT and transport systems.
As the only security firm working in partnership with Crimestoppers, it is trusted by high-profile UK names, including Co-operative stores, Barnardo’s, Birmingham Women’s Hospital and Stoke City Football Club, for its intruder alarms, 24-hour monitoring, CCTV, access control, and staff protection systems.
Now, as it looks to expand, JM Security Systems has also announced a bold corporate and social responsibility (CSR) programme that will slash its carbon footprint.
This month (October 2014), the company will roll out a top-of-the range Alarm Master IT system, a vital move for a company that prides itself on offering the highest levels of security for its customers, said Jay Masood, managing director.
“This new system will enable our engineers to complete real-time updates and reporting via their hand-held devices, thus reducing the paper trail in our day-to-day work,” he said.
“It will assure our customers that our IT system is among the very best and most secure. We are also committed to reducing our carbon footprint and this is a very positive way of achieving that.”
Another major milestone is the unveiling of a new fleet of company vans. Chosen for their exceptional fuel efficiency and low CO2 emissions, they are another demonstration of the company’s commitment to being more eco-friendly.
“As we move into our eighth year, we do so knowing we have a solid foundation on which to grow,” said Jay.
“Much of our success is the result of our colleagues’ commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service with integrity, accountability and professionalism.
“Above all, we pride ourselves on being a small business with big business capabilities.”
As approved installers of BT Redcare products and backed by the Security Systems and Alarm Inspection Board (SSAIB), customers are assured of unparalleled levels of professionalism.
