Appeal For Missing Teenager Sabeela Waid

Sabeela Waid was last seen by relatives on July 29 in West Bromwich

A teenage girl from West Bromwich who has been missing since last month is urged to contact the police.

 

13-year-old Sabeela Waid was last seen by relatives when she left her home on Tuesday 29 July to go shopping in West Bromwich town centre.

 

Her worried parents reported her missing when she failed to return and now police are urging the teenager to make contact.

 

Sabeela is described as Asian, approximately 5ft 3” tall and was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, grey skinny jeans and navy blue hi-top trainers with white laces.

 

PC Helen Bailey, from West Bromwich police station, said: “Sabeela is not in any trouble but being only 13 we need to locate her and make sure she is safe and well.


“We believe that she may be in the Sparkhill or Ladywood area of Birmingham and we are urging people who may recognise Sabeela or know of her whereabouts to contact the police.”


People with any information are urged to call West Bromwich police on 101.
