Applicants wanted for BBC4 Doc Series
AN award-winning production company is looking for participants for a documentary series exploring the unique relationship between grandparents and grandchildren.
Blast Films are behind the three part observational documentary series for BBC4.
A spokesperson for the company said: “Grandparents now play an increasingly important role in families – be it through child care, financial support, and emotional support. We want to reflect issues that impact on grandparents particularly and all three generations of their family in general. This is a great opportunity to make a sensitive and emotionally intelligent series which gives a voice to a generation rarely heard from on television.”
The company said they were in the early stages of their research but were keen to hear from as many people as possible.
