A 17-YEAR-OLD who lost his parents and four sisters in a house fire in November has died in hospital.
Adam Riaz, who was orphaned after losing his family in a suspected arson attack on the family home in Manchester, lost his battle against leukaemia. He died at the Christie Hospital in Manchester earlier this morning.
His father Mohammed Riaz, mother, Caneze and four sisters Sayrah, 16, Sophia, 15, Alisha, 10, and Hannah, three, died at their family home after it was set alight.
Adam was admitted into hospital to undergo treatment a day before the tragedy.
Laying his mother and sisters to rest, He paid tribute to his family, describing them as “beautiful”.
Police believe Adam’s father, Mohammed Riaz was responsible for the arson attack and are investigating the possibility that Mr and Mrs Riaz were having marriage problems
