One of the 18 candidates competing for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment on the new series of BBC The Apprentice is a local woman.
Raj Chohan, 42, an entrepreneur from Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, has a vision of becoming ‘a multi-millionaire at 50.’ She is determined to achieve her goals and describes herself as a ‘dog with a bone’ who will do ‘whatever it takes to succeed.’
In 2023, Raj’s company won for Finance Broker of the Year at The Midlands Property and Investment Awards and in the national award for the Silver award for Best Businesswoman in Financial Services. Raj said she ‘never fails in business but only learns and improves.’
The new series of BBC The Apprentice is coming soon to BBC One, featuring a bunch of new hopefuls who are accomplished, self-assured and maybe unrealistic in some aspects.
Speaking to the BBC, Lord Sugar said he was ‘very pleased’ with the selection of hopefuls lined up for this series and described them as ‘superb.’
The show will begin on Thursday 1st February, the candidates first challenge will be to host high -end away days for clients.
