The worldwind drama continues. Faryal Makhdoom has been approached to star in the next season of Celebrity Big Brother.
The American model and wife of British boxer, Amir Khan, has been in and out of the news over the past year due to her explosive feud with her in-laws, Khan’s family. The feud has seen both sides spew out venomous rumours and accusations towards each other, with Faryal attesting that she has been verbally and even physically abused by her in-laws and sister-in-law. Meanwhile, Khan’s family have accused the model of being fame hungry and for insulting their traditions and culture.
Faryal stated that she “didn’t give a s**t” if her in-laws didn’t want her going on Celebrity Big Brother, a reality show which puts celebrities in a house with no contact with the outside world. Faryal broke the news on Instagram, asking her fans if she should accept or not. There was an even split among her fandom, with many concerned that editors and producers would paint her in a bad light or as a show villain, with others saying it was the perfect chance to show the world who she really was.
Regarding the feud, Khan recently said, “I think the best way for this to work is both parties sit down and hopefully settle things and speak things out.
“My wife is happy to do that. It’s all just petty stuff really. It was small stuff that just got big.”
